September's giving back was made to DLRR, an organization that is very dear to us. Clear & Happy Pools made a monetary donation to the rescue to help with the extensive medical costs for the dogs. No dog is ever turned away due to the cost of medical treatment and this is where the rescue has the greatest expense. We have fostered and vacation fostered numerous dogs that have benefited from the medical treatments paid for by DLRR. This includes heartworm treatments, surgeries for lump and spot removals, major surgeries such as a total ear canal ablation, medicine therapy for seizures, and the list goes on.
